Welcome to the City of Hammerfest, located in the heart of the Vosk River and part of the Vosk League. Led by the Administrator Marquis DeBlade and his Mate Kefira DeBlade. All are welcome to come and visit or join. Seeking those of all castes.

The lawscity areis ruled by Administrator Marquis DeBlade. Thievery is illegal and harshly punished. For a male, the Women,first offense is the lawscutting areoff equallyof simple.a Behand, respectfulthe second offense is punishable by death. The first offense for a female is a small three-pronged brand placed upon the left cheek. The second offense constitutes either immediate enslavement or death.

Visitors tarns are NOT set free to feed as this can and will be takenhandled appropriately.by the Tarnskeeper if so desired. Also, the tarn is a diurnal feeder, and does not hunt at night.

5. Hammerfest will recognize registered Slavers and Assassins. The life scroll of the Slaver or Assassin must reflect their registration number.
6. The Administrator reserves the right to overturn or nullify any role-play action that is deemed illegal or abusive or that goes against previously stated rules of Hammerfest .

That covers the characters, now for those rules for the Muns.
1. Be 18 or over before making a character and joining our group.
2. Just because we invite you to our city doesn't mean you can invite your friends too. We might like you, but we might not like your friends.
3. If you don't like someone's character/Mun who is also in the room, keep it to yourself, or leave and come back later. Bashing in IMs or actions/thoughts will NOT be tolerated.
4. If you've been outlawed/ejected/or otherwise placed on city wide ignore, chances are there's a reason for it. Whether you agree with or not is besides the point. You've been tried and judged. Accept your sentence.
5. City passes are granted by the En'Scribe, or whomever is acting in that official sense, no one else. Homes and businesses are handed out by the same person. If you haven't stated that you'd like to live in Hammerfest and/or run a business of some kind, you don't suddenly have one as all unoccupied buildings are kept locked with only builders and Kefira having the keys.
6. There are npc shops in the Markets with merchants and the like, just because they're not controled by a Mun doesn't mean you don't still have to pay for your items or set up a line of credit.
7. Have fun. This is a game. Threats of TOS'ing just because you don't like what someone has to say are in poor taste and if that's the way you play, go someplace else. Please note that laws might change or be added to. In such cases you will be notified.
